Business Environment named finalist in UK Customer Experience awards

We’re delighted to announce Business Environment has been named a finalist in the UK Customer Experience Awards 2013, which celebrate British companies offering exceptional customer service.

We were shortlisted in the ‘Professional Services’ category thanks to our continued efforts to offer the highest levels of customer service, which include conducting an annual survey through an independent mystery shopper firm, along with a quarterly survey of all customers via an online portal.

Key to Business Environment’s entry was the creation of the industry’s first Service Excellence Guarantee (SEG), which sets the standards of service customers can expect and contains specific benchmarks, agreed upon after customer consultation. Rather than being simply a marketing brochure, the Service Excellence Guarantee resulted in several Business Environment processes being changed in order to ensure high standards were consistently met.
